When I’am at the beach and the sand is hot, some of the best thing i can wait for is the breeze. But after a few minutes of waiting, I see one bar and do you know what I’am thinking about … Yes “I need a drink”, but not just a drink. I want some special drinks to feel the coolness in this hot day on the beach.
Let me show you some cocktails that I like …
Malibu Sunrise :
Recipe:
2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
fill with orange juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
Pour malibu rum in a highball glass, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side. (by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly). The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Enjoy!
Do you like frozen cocktail ?
Frozen Strawberry Banana Colada :

1 1/4 oz dark rum
2 oz coconut cream

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry or Banana, and serve.
What a lovely cocktail is this one…
Bahama Mama :

1/4 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz coconut liqueur
1/4 oz 151 proof rum
juice of 1/2 lemons
4 oz pineapple juice

Before the next cocktail i want to warn you, this is not for everyone.I don’t think its good for your health 😉
Bone Crusher :
Recipe:
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz rum
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1/4 oz Rose’s® lime juice
2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz Champagne
Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, preferably a pint glass or large brandy snifter with ice, and float the champagne on top with a squeeze of lemon. Serve.
I just think this is plain ol’ fun! Here’s a recipe that Fred Flintstone and Wilma would have toasted with over a moonlit evening – it’s full of alcohol and packs a wallop! It’s also a lovely rose color.
In the next posts I will show you some more cocktails, I hope you enjoy these 🙂
You know what would be a million dollar idea? Cocktail flavored alcohol.
Unless they already have that and I’ve just set myself up to be sued for a million dollars.

Thanks for following my blog, The closet writer. https://clmalgay.wordpress.com/ I don’t have a large audience yet, so if you can spread the word about it, that’s great.
I like your cocktail recipes for the beach. When I was studying at Michigan Technological University for my Ph.D., I lived within five miles of Lake Superior. Absolutely stunning.

Hi Thank you for following http://www.wonderlandodyssey.com. I like the drink recipes. I have a favorite that is wonderful this time of the year: A shot of vodka or rum and 4 oz each of pineapple and cranberry juice. I think I could use one right about now.
The cocktails sound delicious. Thank you for following me at newauthoronline.com
